Our goal was a clean, stain-free surface, discretion, and securing our workplace so as not to disturb the comfort of the hotel guests.

When we began the work at the Uroczysko Siedmiu Stawów Hotel (cleaning of sandstone stairs and restoration of floors at SPA by L’Occitane) we decided to use the method of deep steam penetration and synthetic deep-penetrating tools. Our goal was a clean, stain-free surface, discretion, and securing our workplace so as not to disturb the comfort of the hotel guests. The final use of polyester resins and preparations made in the MGB Lotus L2/L4 nanotechnology as well as our professionalism, experience, and attention to the cleanliness produced a great result.

The Gola Dzierżoniowska Castle that houses the hotel was built in the 16th century and, despite minor modifications, preserved its Renaissance character and is a precious example of that period in architecture. In the post-war period it gradually fell into disrepair, only to gain new life in 2000, when the new owners undertook renovation work. All works were performed with great care, according to the historical shape of the building, and using the materials chosen to preserve the qualities of the structure. Finally, in 2013, a new, extraordinary luxury hotel was opened inside the castle—the 4-star Uroczysko Siedmiu Stawów (7 Lakes’ Sanctuary).

It was here that a team of specialists from Marmor - Glanz performed the assigned tasks: we cleaned stone in SPA by L’Occitane on the -1 level. The work included floors in SPA rooms (dirty stone, oil stains) and sandstone stairs (stains, including those caused by candle wax). Our team filled in chipped areas and provided sealing and anti-slip treatments (using MGB Lotus L2/L4 preparations). Additionally, we cleaned and refreshed the marble fixtures of the bar in the hotel restaurant—the operation was carried out professionally, quickly, and keeping the area around the workplace clean.
